A quiet yet peaceful feeling was in the air. Most of the patrons at the bar were deep in conversation with each othere or catching a game on one of the many tv’s located around the room. Just when you thought all was good…. BAAAAM! JUSTICE hits the stage with a relentless 2 set night that had everyone on the dance floor. Pretty much non-stop the entire night, Gary and the boyz kept up the pace  and delivered the goods. The staff at On Tap (pictured left), were nothing short of fantabulous (new word). Rock For Rescues tickets were available at the show, courtesy of Vermont Concert Connection. These tickets are a hot seller now. As the show gets closer and closer, the tickets are selling faster and faster. It was great seeing Brad Ravlin out (Nightrain). Always great to catch up with Briant who we almost never get to see face to face.The guys will be back in action on May 31st, but in the meantime, a little live Motely Crue and band bonding in NH, followed by learning a few new songs for the 31st. With one more week remaining until the place is closed and re-opens at new, yet to be disclosed location, we decided to pull out all of the stops. The night, for many, was full of surprises. The aforementioned being one and the capture of the last terrorist Boston bombing suspect, led to a full night of JUSTICE and being ”JUSTIFIED”. The band couldn’t have been more thrilled to see all in attendance on this historic evening. There was plenty to celebrate, in what was one of the worst weeks in recent history.This being said, the set lists were revamped and we pulled out songs from the closet. Though a little rusty, there were no train wrecks. It was nice to see Mike Fredette in the house all smiles. Next time he just might have to sit in on a song or two. Vermont Concert Connection was in the house selling tickets to the biggest concert of the summer… Rock For Rescues (www.rock4rescuesvt.com). They were selling strong according to Patrick Ashton. Many new faces in the audience as well, which we always like to see. The JUSTICE League was in the house in full force as well. Though one of the original “JL” members couldn’t make the show, we sent out a song to her proving that she was in our thoughts. We are sure you will enjoy the new VENUE location and building. Bigger and better is what we are being told. Location to be announced in a week we are told. Mother Nature threw everything at us, rain, snow sleet and wind for the ride down and back from Burlington. Lucky for us,everything had subsided by the time we drove home. What we did in response, was throw a bunch of unsuspected stuff at those on hand at Gustos Bar. What started out to e a slow night, quickly filled up and became a great Rock N Roll Party! We had members of Cry Havoc come up and sing with us. Hell, we even ripped out Zepplin’s “Rock And Roll”, a song none of us have played together…EVER! Taylor and Scott from the band were gracious enough to lend a vocal chord and belt out some classics. Todd Fournier from Mindtrap did a kick ass version of “Rebel Yell” with Gary singing backup. Patrick Ashton from Vermont Concert Connection (VCC ) was in the house and also shared the stage on a couple of songs. We even had an unknown guest performer who walked up on stage and provided some backup vocals of her own. A couple of birthdays were celebrated in the house and Norwich U made an appearance in the house as well. These guys were class acts all the way around. Great to have them with us. Thanks to Jean Gosselin for having us and Dani and her awesome bar staff for keeping the jucies flowing until the wee hours of the AM.

The year started out in mid- January with at huge crowd at Club KARIB in St. Albans. This was our first time there and we JUSTIFIED over 300 people.  Next was local stops in Essex (On Tap & Backstage), Burlington (Franny O’s) and back to St. Albans (Club KARIB). Backstage was hopping for St. Patricks Day. The place was at capacity before we even started the 5th song of the first set. We made our first trip over the bridge to Plattsburgh, NY (Olive Ridley’s) in March. That was a great experience with awesome people and staff. With over 200 people in attendance, that earned us a spot in at the Naked Turtle in early June.

A trip back to St. Albans for a pre-Easter Rocking at Club KARIB netted a great turnout with just under 300 peeps. A great night all round. Look for us to return to KARIB later in the year.

Dubbed the “Concert of the year”, we were invited to participate in the Rock for Rescues concert. This show is a benefit for the Franklin County Humane Society and All Breed Animal Rescue of Burlington. It is being held at the Abbey Pavilion in Sheldon on June 22nd at 6PM. We will be rocking Club Metronome again this year on July 3rd. What proved to be a great post fireworks party last year, we decided to do it again! You asked and we got it done. There is plenty going on down at the water front this year. We have plenty more shows for 2013 and some suprise announcements in store very soon. With new songs, our ever growing fanbase and new places to play, we are looking to make this tour a “Second Coming” for sure!

Not realizing when booked it was the night before Easter and thinking all would be at home waiting for the Easter Bunny to make an appearance, we were all pleasantly suprised to be ROCKING OUT with 250+ awesome party goers. As you can tell from the pictures (more on our facebook page JUSTICEVT) it was a night to remember. Along about the second set the place was mobbed, the smoke show started and it was a full on PARTY! We want to thank Danielle for allowing us to grace her establishment and the KARIB Girls for doing an awesome job once again both behind and on the floor.There were plenty of suprises in store too. Rickey Bushey and April Reynolds of Ambush took the stage and each played a song with the band. Patrick Ashton learned a new song and yes, was able to sing it through its entirety (lol). Jess and Kara had their spotlight when Mike left his drums unattended briefly. Nice rendition of Queens “We Will Rock” you ladies. We also broke out our new JUSTICE tattoo’s. You will see them being handed out at our shows from now on. We are taking a week off, but don’t fear, we will be back in Mid April to rock your world once again.

We first want to thank all of our JUSTICE League faithful who came out to support us and party, along with the other 100+ new freinds we made in the process. Thanks to Fred for having us and Pat from VCC for the promo. The Capacity crowd was already reached prior to 9:30 pm. Many guest musicians were in the house as well. Taylor Arsenault (Cry Havoc) and Rickey Bushey (Ambush) got up and did a killer version of Judas Priests’ “You got Another Thing Coming”. Ed Fletcher and Joe Villemaire (PleasureDome) came up and kicked it into another dimension with Poisons’ “Nothing But A Good Time”. April Reynolds (Ambush) came up and sang AC DC’s’ “Highway to Hell” and she tore it up. Congratulations to Stacey Brower for being the nights big winner of 2 tickets to the Rock for Rescues benefit concert this summer (6-22-13). What did she have to do to get those tickets???? It is simply amazing to see the dance floor packed, people singing along, laughing, talking, hugging and kissing all throughout the night. As we have said before, we do this for the fun and the joy of making,  just one, of your days during the week  a day you will want to never forget.  At Olive Ridley’s in Plattsburgh, NY last night, there were about 350 people doing all of the things mentioned above and more :0

We can first start off with the line out the door at 7PM, where there were 150 or so college students participating in a pre- St. Patricks Day pub crawl. If that doesn’t set a tone for the evening, nothing will.They kinda petered out after an hour, then round two came knocking at the door. It was great to see some of the JUSTICE League from VT (Sonya, Stacey & John, Jenn, Kim, Pat and the VCC, Tonya, etc.) make the trek over the frozen pond to support us. The people in attendance were blown away by the new medley we threw at them, only to slap them with our first medley shortly there after. Though a picture “is worth a 1000 words”, unless you have been to a JUSTICE show, the pics are just that! Thank you Vickie for taking all of these shots. The “WOW Factor” was definately in order last night. People came with beads, masks and a lot of boobs to be seen. Fresh off a two weeks hiatus, the band kept the dance floor packed through two marathon sets. A triple encore capped the night. Todd Dunn who turned (21) yesterday, looked like he was having the time of his life. Surrounded by great friends and fans smiles were seen all around. We  had a suprise appearance from former members of JUSTICE, Chris Fleury (Cousin Itt) and Mike Fredette.
